No frills this Wednesday! I am sharing the quickest, most delicious but most importantly NUTRITIOUS breakfast green smoothie EVER! Okay thats a big claim, but no seriously its so good and packed with tons of nutrition from all the greens and antioxidant rich berries and cacao!

Sweet Sunshine Green Smoothie

Serves 1-2

1 cup spinach or kale
1 handful of cilantro
1 1/2 cups water or non-dairy milk (coconut, hemp, or almond milk)
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon raw cacao
½ frozen banana

First blend the greens with the liquid of choice, and then add the rest of the ingredients. Blend on high and serve.
