This weeks recipe is going to blow your socks off! Like seriously, who would of thought you can make such a decadent dessert without all the unnecessary dairy junk? It is truly amazing what plants can do for us.

The secret ingredient in this recipe is the almighty and regal avocado. Yes. We will use it to create the creamy and deliciously rich pudding. You won’t even realize it’s in there! I promise! This is such a healthy dessert I promise you won’t feel that awful guilt after!

Decadent Chocolate Avocado Pudding


1 ripe avocado
2 med ripe bananas
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup 1 dash salt


1. Add all ingredients to food processor or blender and blend until smooth. 2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and serve cold. You can top it with nuts, banana or even vegan white chocolate! Enjoy!
